Bowling has nothing to do with bowls

As most people should know, or not, my posts are usually a day late. Okayy, so that was just some random fact that isn't really important. And the post title has nothing to do with this post.

Yesterday was a Tuesday which makes it the-day-I-usually-go-bowling or simply said, bowling day. The inter-class bowling competition is right around the corner, a very tight corner, so I went with Tham, Vicky and Elsa to 'train'. We played 3 games at first but then it was addicting, haha, sounds so wrong, so we added another 3 games, and 3+3 is 6. I really should consider getting my own bowling equipment. CPS has really horrible equipment, and by that I mean absolutely terrible, awful and beyond your imagination. Some important things you should remember when going bowling there:

1. You MUST wear socks unless you want to get your feet decomposed inside the decomposing shoe. This could be lethal.

2. You MUST cut your nails before you go there, unless you like grime and would prefer them being in your nails than in the bowling balls.

3. You MUST NEVER put/ hold/ place/ rub the bowling ball anywhere near your clothes. If you would like to know where the ball has been and how long since it was last wiped, then by all means, go for it.

Tham was having troubles keeping his arm straight during the throw and we have devised the phrase 'Think Straight', haha, it sort of sounds wrong at the same time. Well, after the 6 games yesterday, I have won the prize of having sore arms and knees, oh goodie... So now I am just gonna hope I don't embarrass myself this Sunday and get this over with.

HAHA. Nice post. Ewww! Did you not wear socks when bowling? O.O Everything in CP should be known to be that dirty. I don't like going there.

Lemony Snicket. Isn't that the Unfortunate Events author or character or something? Man.. No wonder you can be so emo sometimes. Haha.

Think Straight!

Oh and PS: THAM CAN BOWL?!?! =D Tell him I said hi. =P

Haha, thanks. Of course I wore socks, wouldn't want to find my foot infected with some gross foot disease. CP has a reputation for being an unhygienic place, haha.

Lemony Snicket is awesome... And I'm not emo, just more depressing than an average person would be, haha.

Apparently Tham took up bowling some time this year. He bowls with his left hand which is kinda cool, lol...

Hmm.. Come to think of it, I think I bowl with my left hand too. But I'm not sure as I haven't been bowling for AGES. Did Tham play in the interclass competition? Haha.

You mean you don't bowl with your left hand? You ARE left handed right? Just in case I'm mistaken.

Haha. I think these few days I've also been more depressing than an average person should be. But it's only because of some school stuff. Kind of sad. I'm such a sad person. As in pathetic. *SCOFF FOR MYSELF*

Left handers! Yay!!!

Haha, bowling with your left hand is pretty cool, it stands out from the crowd. Tham participated in the interclass competition too, I didn't note his score though... Haha. Well, both of us agreed that we would just play for the amusement of it.

I'm left handed but I don't bowl with my left hand... I think it's force of habit. When I started learning I didn't know I could use my left hand. Plus, my friend who introduced me to bowling taught me everything using the right hand. I guess I'm pretty used to it now. But at least now my right hand can actually do something useful, haha.

Don't be sad! You're not pathetic, maybe you just need more time adjusting to different situations. Good Luck in your school work!

P.s. Yay for left handers too!! Haha

Haha. Thanks alot! =D I remember the time during exam where you, me, tham and someone else were seated close to each other and we were all left handed. That was so cool! Haha. I think writing using the left hand is always standing out enough, but surprisingly there were many left handed people in S1Zhong.

You know, when I found out the existence of bowling, I never thought that there would be bowling competitions or bowling lessons and stuff. I always thought you just pick up a ball which fits your hand and roll it down the alley towards the pins (or ditch). Haha. I guess that's probably why I am so wowed by the people who can get strikes all the time. Haha.

Haha. I remember that, I think that someone else was Jonathan, haha. I like writing with my left hand, it's different than other people.

Haha, I never knew much about bowling till my friend took me to play it when I was in junior two. I had the same thought as you, I just thought that bowling was just some random game where you throw balls down the lane and get strikes when you're lucky. Hahaha.
