Who's afraid of the big bad wolf

I am back, back to staring at light emitting surfaces all day. Back to lying in bed half the day. BACK TO SCHOOL. Bsh. The past two weeks went by so darn quickly, one minute I was stepping off the plane in KKIA and the next thing I know, the pilot is telling me "Welcome to Brisbane International Airport". Urg, air tickets should be made cheaper.

I haven't touched my blog in ages, since I finally had 'better stuff to do', haha. I miss yoyo. I miss hanging out at yoyo forever. Ahh. And also The Cross, or known to Joshua as the Christian shop, haha. And Tanjung Aru! And more recently, Giant Supermarket. Patriotic much, haha. Giant seriously has everything in their own brand, Giant rice, Giant cooking oil, Giant pencils, Giant ice cream, Giant soda, Giant school bag, Giant egg-laying roosters, okay, I made some of them up, haha ;) Well, Joshua saw this really weird blueberry and hazelnut flavoured pringles at the counter and he bought it, ew. We opened it in Crystal's car and aww man, it tasted so so so so WEIRD. TOTALLY TASTED LIKE BLUEBERRIES. Way to go Pringles, someone must have thought, hmmm, we should make blueberry chips! No one has ever done it before! It will be so awesome! Lulz.

Ahh, only in Malaysia. Redefining mobile internet ;)
RM10 sepasang :)

And I also watched Red Riding Hood! Funny movie, Crystal and I got motion sickness from all those scenery shots with the camera flying across the mountains and valleys and stuff. We also wondered how those people survived in that village with no 3G, impressive, haha. I kinda think that the cinema rating system is totally wrong. It rated A Chinese Ghost Story as 18 and above while Red Riding Hood was PG13. Oh, so pretty demon who looks like a sunsilk commercial model eating candy is for people above 18 years old and young girl walking around the woods alone carrying a dead person's severed arm in a basket and attacking her boyfriend is PG13, educational much. By the way, wanna know who's the wolf??!!111

Valerie is the wolf!!!11! O.O Nah, YOU ARE THE WOLF.

Funny story

Of all things to do in KK, I went to watch that Justin Bieber movie today, you know, that 3D one where he'll come out and try to touch you. Well, in the end I watched 45 minutes of the movie and walked out of the cinema. Yes, it was horribly horrible and terribly boring. Funny story how I ended up in that cinema in the first place, haha. Justin Bieber I do not like you, and I won't like you even if you're in 3D and have fangirls thinking they can touch you.

THE EPICNESS

This is just too epic.

So what do you think this house looks like?

When you see it, you will super stun. And probably laugh. Or freak out. I don't know.

Hitler is back! In house form. He will invade the real estate market. Paranoia.

Guess what I found

Golden Delicious apples! R A R E

After months and years of searching (okay, I exaggerated), I finally found the Golden Delicious apple, just awesome. Apparently they're in season now, along with the less superior Red Delicious apple and other applesss, haha. I was looking all over KK for this apple, went to all Tong Hing supermarkets and found the boring Royal Gala apple and redundant stuff. I feel so weird, writing about apples like I'm obsessed with them. Well, I'm not obsessed, at least not that obsessed.

I miss bringing apples to school for lunch. I used to bring 3 apples to school which I would give some away. Hmmm, why don't I bring apples to school anymore? I don't know, too lazy to bother. My school bag is always so heavy, if I can leave something at home, I WILL. That leads to me not bringing lunch even when there's tons of food in the fridge or skipping lunch, because lunch boxes are heavy, very heavy ;) Ahh, my school bag was really heavy back in high school also (woah, that sounds like ages ago), like carrying rocks,  but then I didn't have to walk back then, get in the car, get out of the car, walk up to classroom at 3rd floor. Repeat everyday forever. High school was awesome, best years of my life ever, now if only I could go back :)

Procrastination isn't the problem, it's the solution. So procrastinate now, don't put it off

Harsh much

C. H Greenblatt, you are so awesome. Because you made Chowder. Haha.

VFD

Stuff I'm going to do, hmm, the adventure is just beginning, haha

My internet line now is so weird. I cannot access any other website except my blog and facebook, lol. I can't even sign in msn. What is the internet trying to imply, haha.

Oh yay, the internet works fine now, haha.

Grocery shopping is fun. Woah, so random. But true :) It's always so awesome to go grocery shopping and stuff redundant things into your trolley get important stuff. And going grocery shopping is one of the reasons I always overspend. Ahh, transport here is too convenient which equals conveniently spending money on junk. Haha. I shall save money so I can go back to KK and say hello to digi super sms :) I wish digi followed me here :(
I was walking along looking for somebody, and then suddenly I wasn't anymore

- A. A Milne

Aww man, I really want to read Winnie the Pooh. Happiest book ever, EVER. I should go hunt for the complete series in warehouse bookstores, hmm.

Four out of Seven

Ahh, I survived April Fools' Day this year! I. Was. Not. Pranked. Which is a good thing.

Physics is really driving me nuts, I should not have taken it. I guess doing physics, even for the second time, is just not my thing. Zero compatibility. I just finished my online, grr, physics test thing, I am so going to flunk. There's another test on Monday, hoping for a GPA of 4 in physics so badly! (as in 4 out of 7, as in barely pass). Physics you ruin my life, now I have to get like GPA of 7 in all my other subjects just to make the requirement, thank you very much. At this point, business management sounds like a good idea, though I don't know WHAT business management is exactly. Hmm.

Public holiday, observe

30th of March
Awesomasia National Day

Woah, can't believe it's been a year, one long-but-feels-short year :D

Ahh, I miss wasting time in class with you people,
maybe we'll waste life next time ;)

As quoted from Carpe Diem,

A chord of THREE strands is not quickly broken

After parties with the royal family, mostly the princess (CRYSTAL), awsm, most awesome

So, Happy Awesomasia Day to the awesome people :)

The way you breathe really irritates me

Autumn is finally here, yayy. It was pretty cold today, reminds me of that old class trip to Zen Garden, good times. I remember we all stood outside at night, in the cold breeze, trying to see who could beat the cold, haha, that was awesome and mostly just funny.

I stopped by the Warehouse Bookstore after school and found this awesome book! Warehouse Bookstore always has super cheap books, like 3 for $15 or $2 books and stuff, but they're mostly really old books. Anyway, I saw this book and it totally reminded me of It's Happy Bunny, haha. I just had to get it thanks to my sarcasm gene. The character in the book is Vimrod btw, I'm pretty sure it is related to Happy Bunny, they totally share the same evil ;)

I got on a really old bus today, as in the bus I took to go home is really old. The air conditioning is pretty much non-existent, good thing today was a cold and cloudy day. For once, no crazy UV rays! Haha. So, I was on the bus and I suddenly realized I don't know where the bell thing is. And I have to press that bell thing or I'll miss my stop. Stun. So sakai, I literally could not find the bell to press. Sat there hoping someone else is getting off at my stop too. Which there is, relief much. Haha. Pray for the newer buses to come next time.

The study of life

Biology test in a few hours. Completely did not study for it, yes, I'm lazy like that. And I'm spending time here instead, yay.

Eureka moment?

This picture just may sum up what my life philosophy is (woah, deeeep). But at least I get stuff done, I always do, mostly, not including homework. Okay, the point is, I also know that I have to work hard for the stuff I want. I mean, I know good grades won't just fall out of the sky, and I know it takes hard work to get successful and I know that money grows on trees but you can't pluck them off trees, haha. I am pretty sure I know that life is a horribly cold thing. And I really do work hard, you just can't see it, woah, haha.

  So why the dismal post?

I seriously don't know, haha. It's 3am and thinking sure does strange things to people.

Well, it hurts when people say hurtful things, even when they're true, I guess it hurts more when they're true. It still hurts a lot when people say true stuff that are not very nice. It's not nice to get squeezed lemon juice by reality in the face and most people would most throw lemons back at reality instead of making lemon juice or stuff like that, haha. Which reminds me of a situation ages ago in band, where people would stare at their instruments when they played something wrong and as what Mr. Ho said, why are you staring at the instrument instead of taking a mirror and looking at yourself. Haahh. The point is, after all those redundant stuff I said, haha, I realize my faults pretty clearly and yes, I am trying to change them, and yes, it hurts when people say it out loud to my face like I'm not making an effort. Sighhh. Which means no turning back, no turning back, hmmm, that's kinda hard to do.

Darn, this post is not supposed to happen, haha. I should be in bed. It's so not me to say things like this, ahahaha.

I'm not angry
I'm just saying
Sometimes goodbye is a second chance :)

Aha

Apparently the city was in darkness but meh, I couldn't go out at night. Stayed at home. Alone. Almost alone since my homestay host stayed over someone's house. So just me and my two housemates. And the darkness. Aha.

On something totally unrelated, I really really wanna go on the CityCat, which is a ferry thing that goes up and down the Brisbane river. It's like so awesome! Haha, okay, exaggerating. And then there's the awesome Brisbane wheel that I've been staring at everyday ever since I got here. Someday I am so gonna get on it, provided my wallet circumstances allow it.

Memento Mori

230311

Joy and sorrow in the form of SPM results!

Aussy is 6000km away from KK but still, I can feel the heat of the SPM results release. I totally couldn't sleep for two nights and on the morning of the release date, I just so happen to oversleep, bsh. Great timing. To make things worse, both of my buses were late, oh gee. Goodbye 100 percent attendance, not that it matters anyway, haha.

I had English class in the morning on Wednesday and I practically did not pay any attention at all. I was staring at my phone, secretly of course and kept flipping it to check for messages. Nervous much. Well, I found out about my result during lunch break when I called Joshua who called Crystal who called Vicky. Hmmm, slightly disappointed I guess. I wasn't really expecting much, completely no confidence when I was doing the exam papers, but still, I was hoping for a miracle I guess, haha. Meh, still a little disappointed though, somewhat, like good isn't good enough, haha. Hmmm, I'm one in fifteen, one of the fifteen people, in TTSS, hmmm. Well, I don't know why but I just called my maths tuition teacher after receiving my results, haha. A+ in Maths and Additional Maths, A MIRACLE.

This ain't mine btw, must have belonged to a meme user ;)

Super stunned today when someone told me something about the newspapers. Darn! They should not have published it! BSH, and they just had to use an ancient photo of me, bsh, I don't need to be on the paper! Get me off.

WHAT IF

It's supposed to be autumn, it's supposed to be autumn, it's supposed to cool down. The temperature's been rising back again, 31 degrees tomorrow, what. So so hot, this weather is horrible for sleeping and I have no air conditioning, bsh. I am so allergic to heat.

Meanwhile back at the ranch, SPM RESULTS, WEDNESDAY. The. Coming. Wednesday. Ahh, I'm starting to freak out, paranoia! Well, I don't really expect much, but deep down there's still that hope that a miracle will come true and I would miraculously get awesome results. What are the odds of that. Other than that, scholarships have been on my mind recently, haha, despo for scholarships suddenly. I never actually thought of applying for scholarships since I'm overseas and stuff but hmmmm... what if... hmmmm. That is, if my results are actually good enough, I fail. 9A* is obviously way too much to ask for, not in a million years would I be that smart or hardworking or both, haha. So, sleepless nights before the SPM results are released, check.

*fingers crossed*

Earth Hour 2011

I am in the country where Earth Hour first started, awesome!

Earth Hour
btw, the picture's a link :)

26th of March 2011, 8:30pm!
Which is next Saturday,
Switch off your lights for one hour
Not that it would kill you anyway
Unless you photosynthesise
Which I doubt it
Besides, it might save your electric bill ;)

Switch off your lights, or mother nature will switch it off for you ;)

Two Hundred and Sixty Four Days

Sigh, I hope this is just another one of those days, those days when you feel absolutely horrible. Bshhh. I want to go home, forever, ahh, this place isn't my kind of place. Told ya I didn't want to come to Australia. I'm sorry me :( Turning back is for the weak! Haha, just kidding. Go home forever, that would be nice, hmmmm. Bsh, my ever changing mind, bshh. I'm sorry me again. Joshua and Sabina and Crystal, you guys should be here. Slack at coffee shops, awesome, most awesome ever.

I should study and stop procrastinating all the time. Darn force of habit. Chemistry test next Monday, English and Biology next next Monday and I'm pretty sure there's more on the next next next Monday and the next next next next Monday. Good thing I only have 2 major exams during my course, exams are not good for procrastinators. Sorry Tham, haha.

Hmm, I should remind myself that my blog is not a diary and I should put some intellectual stuff in it, so many stupid posts, intellect just isn't in my head. Happy thoughts, happy thoughts. It rained the WHOLE day today, it's gonna flood! Haha, no it's not, dramatic much.

Barfing happy thoughts, hahaha.
